Rental Income
Hi,
Has everyone recieved there rental income from PMBG?
I have finnally got mine, after filing a small claim against them.
It's a shame that it has to come to this, but at least now I know how to press their button.
Regards

Re: Rental Income
Yep, got mine last month after numerous emails to Geri stretching back to last September when she'd promised that the money had been transferred. I was told the money had been transferred in September (which it wasn't). I was over in January and was told that she'd definitely do it immediately (she didn't). I then bombarded her with the same email every day until it was done ie I had it in writing that she'd done it. It left a very bad taste in my mouth and was totally unneccessary imho

Re: Rental Income
How were your bookings for the season just finished? I can only see a handful of weeks whereas last year year was pretty full.

Re: Rental Income
I haven't had many for this season, but I guess Bansko has had less visitors this year due to the credit crunck etc plus there are more complexes etc.
It will be nice when they finnish the other complexes in the area, so that they can make the area look better.
I'm working on creating a website to promote my apartment and trying to get some independent bookings.
If you like, you can click on the blue "WEB" icon to the right of this message to goto my site.
If I get any double bookings, maybe I could offer it out to other owners?
Regards
Steve

new facilities at Grand Montana?
I checked out your web site (nice) and noticed we have a sports complex??? I thought this was removed and stuck into the hotel behind.
I only get a few rubbish TV channels in my appt not SAT TV...did you have a seperate one installed for your appt?
In terms of the walk to the gondola, even with the short cut past the Tampier, Harry's Bar and through the car park I cannot make it in 5 mins. I am no cripple so you must be a true Olympian!

Re: Rental Income
Hi,
I had to take legal action before I got my money too.
I am not really too keen about signing another 3 year contract.

Re: Rental Income
valid point. i won't be breaking down their doors either but we really are between a rock and hard place on that issue. The apartment complex needs maintaining etc....
